One line summary of your issue
Patch 1.0.1 Capped Framerate 120 doesn't with V-sync off.
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
With v-sync disabled in game, the frame rate isn't capped to 120, at least not at first.
If I change my screen resolution, any resolution will do, and save the change, the 120 cap will work, even if I return to the original resolution.
Exiting the game and launching it again will reset the issue to "not capped" and again, changing the resolution will fix it.
This is on a GTX 1080 with a g-sync monitor. Disabling g-sync in the driver and monitor will not affect the issue.
However, g-sync now works for me so this issue will not be affecting me. This report is mostly for those who would disable v-sync, in which case, the 120 cap doesn't always works.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Simply launch the game with v-sync disabled. Of course, you'll need a frame rate counter to see it.
