One line summary of your issue
New Mech Vanishes on Reload of Save

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I just completed the Liberation of Weldry and received the mech parts I needed to build a new Jenner. After the mission, I had gone to the shop to sell it (already had one) and accidentally sold another mech I had in storage. I decided to reload my game using the Post-Mission Autosave, but I do not have the Jenner at all, nor do I even have the 2 of 3 parts I already owned that was completed by the 3rd part I received in the mission. I do not have the C-Bills received for selling it, either.

It is like whenever it saved came after the game recognized the complete set and removed it from my inventory, but before it actually gave me the mech, and now with the autosave, it doesn't know to do that. I'm not sure if this happens for every mission or not, but considering how much you lose by having it happen, I'm not the most eager to try to replicate the problem.

Steps to reproduce the issue
1) Complete a set of three mech parts in a mission.
2) Choose to store the mech after the mission.
3) Sell the mech. (Not sure if it matters, but it's what I did.)
4) Load the Post-Mission Autosave.
5) Where's the mech?

I've seen this as well. Very frustrating. In my case, I didn't store or sell the new mech; I was looking at leveling pilots afterwards and changed my mind about what skill to buy, and then the game stole my shiny new catapult. I've taken to manually saving after mission completion if I got any new mechs that I care about.

Happened to me as well combined with another bug...

Finished the same mission and gained 3/3 parts of the jagermech but I had all slots full. I clicked on a firestarter that was undergoing repairs and the game asked me whether I wanted to abort the repairs or cancel... I hit cancel, the window closed and the main window remained darkened and unresponsive.

So I had to restart the game and and when I reloaded the after battle autosave the jagermech was neither in my bay nor in my storage.
