One line summary of your issue
Multiplayer desync

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After the latest update just broke the multiplayer system. Before the last update we could get our games to sync and stay synced via me clearing all but one save for my campaign run.
But now our games no longer stay synced up at all and only last 2-4 turns before it 'disconnects' but still does the normal thing where it won't tell my friend till I click confirm. Only this time with some "Host left" on his end while playing my last action on his end after a hang in the games calculations.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Download latest patch

Start a multiplayer game and have voice coms over discord

Play game till it 'disconnects'

Note how he won't know anything till the host clicks confirm but the game will remain connected in this action till the button is clicked.

I have been getting weird disconnects and crashes to desktop when hosting multiplayer drops, with the usual Windows error message "Battletech.exe has stopped working.". The game was finally stable enough for me to finish the campaign, but now multiplayer keeps cratering. :(

Games never crashed to desktop or anything of that sort for me admittedly, but I bet you the small undisclosed detail of the game trying to record your actions and game (hopefully only game data) hidden feature has a lot to do with these multiplayer issues.

For further information on that stuff check out this thread here https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/unity-engine-analitics-unity-cloud_userid-telemetry-data.1097337/#post-24222819

If it is connection based.... well this is why I hate games that should be lan enabled, being forced to go through servers. If I could use lan then I could trouble shoot this issue further my self and maybe come up with a fix if its related to my machines and game.

I'm admittedly, ticked off, I found a fix, then a patch rolled out that broke said fix with no clear way to fix it again thanks to little to no info being given in these 'disconnect' errors that are not really what the error says it is. Making it harder to trouble shoot then needed. Dam patches breaking things more then fixing I find.
