Multi target not working

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When using my catapult-c1 loaded with a pair of lrm20's multi target does not work it will only fire one lrm salvo at target A but won't then fire at target B. So in other words may as well just focus one target with both weapons

Steps to reproduce the issue
Every time.
