One line summary of your issue
Mechwarrior KIA + Mech zeroed out bug

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
2nd side mission after getting access to the Argo. Once the mission ended, Dekker is KIA and his mech's armor and structure zeroed out except for the cockpit in the after action report.

Dekker didn't get hit in the cockpit and was perfectly fine in the battle. It was an Ironman run set to 5 parts per salvage mech, no spawn weapons on build, radar pips unknown mech only.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Since this was in Ironman, I cannot load a save and reproduce it. Dekker just faked his death and took off with .. a mech.. and no cockpit... right.

I don't know where to begin looking for an angle of attack on this bug but hopefully the screenshots help.

Thanks guise for the great game. It's my most played game since Stellaris at over 400 hrs.
Cheers!

It was a capture the base, run of the mill mission but I didn't see any dropship nor markers for one or anything flying in when it completed. Could have been an invisible dropship bug like you mention. I recall having to have all mechs in the base hex to get the mission to complete but since I didn't record it, that's unknown. Dekker could have been waiting for just the right moment to make off with his ill gotten gains. ;)
