Mechwarrier Chatter Causes Lag in "Big Hit" sequences

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
During damage sequences to enemy mechs, as the rundown of damage done (criticals, locations destroyed, ammo explosions, pilot damage, etc) plays through, the game will pause to allow the mechwarrior chatter to play, then resume the sequence.

Turning off the mechwarrior chatter removes this delay and allows the sequence to play through more smoothly.


It might be possible to have the mechwarrior chatter wait until the damage reporting and animation sequence has fully run through, then respond to whatever triggers were "flipped" during the sequence.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Turn mechwarrior chatter off and on, kill or severely damage enemy mechs with it on and off.

Giving this one bump.

Would be nice to have the chatter on while not getting this extra hiccup in the damage/destroy/etc flytext and animation sequence.

I did find a way to improve this, not sure if it's an acceptable link, but it mainly involves editing some lines in the audio constants JSON having to do with durations and delays during those sequences.
