One line summary of your issue
Mechs firing Damaged Weapons

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In my last game a Hunchback was firing a damaged (red) AC20. Unless you changed the rules for some reason and allowed damaged weapons to fire this should not happen.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Score a crit on a weapon and see if the AI can still fire it.

Do you have a screenshot? You may not be aware there are two levels of component damage, the first being a "crit" which means the weapon is damaged but useable, and the weapon is shown as orange, and the second which is destroyed where the weapon is, well, destroyed and not able to be used. The second level is red.
