One line summary of your issue
Mech Takes Damage to Missing Leg Location, Suffers Knockdown
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In two separate conditions, I've seen a mech take damage assigned to a leg location where the leg is missing, and the mech will suffer a knockdown.
In the first situation, I fired a PPC at a severely damaged mech missing both torsos and a left leg. The PPC appeared to hit the left leg visually, suffered damage to the CT, then suffered a knockdown killing the pilot.
In the second situation, I had a Kintaro with a missing leg suffer structure damage from an overheat after shooting, which resulted in a knockdown. This scenario was recorded on twitch and can be seen here:

Steps to reproduce the issue
The overheat scenario is probably the easiest to duplicate.
1) Lose either leg.
2) Suffer structure damage to the missing leg location.
