One line summary of your issue
Mech armor does not replenish at mission complete when the pilot ejected

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I ejected the pilot of a Shadowhawk when she took 2 injuries, and replaced the missing head over the course of the next month. Once repaired, the mech's armor value was the same as the time of the ejection and took some fiddling with the armor configuration in Refit to get it to repair properly. I felt that this should be reported as other people might not figure out how to replenish the armor.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Eject during a battle.
Replace missing head.

I'd like to throw a "Me too" in here, but add on that it seems to randomly happen (not just on ejection) So far, twice, I've had instances where I've found mech sitting around my my mech bay with armor mysteriously missing. Take the following screenshots of this stock Vindicator, for example. It seems to be missing over 100 armor, but when going to the Refit menu to check it out everything appears to be perfectly in order.

The only way I've found to fix this bug is to either kick the bugged mech into storage and take it back out, or strip ALL of it's armor and reallocate it.
