One line summary of your issue
Marauder Camo/pant scheme incorrect?

What platform are you running the game on?

Steam

What operating system do you use?
Win 10
Which version of the game are you running?
1.8
What DLC do you have installed?
Flashpoint,
Urban Warfare,
Shadowhawk Pack

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I dont think the camo schemes are applying correctly on the MAD model.
If you look at the attached, ive included a pic of the PGI model taken from Sarna.net and a screen cap from HBS Battletech.
It seems that the cockpit has been "painted over" with the camo scheme that has been applied to the mech.
Have you tried verifying your files?
Yes

Here me out, but I think it may be intentional to mimic the old tiny marauder cockpit in the TROs.

Yes I agree with you.

I think the PGI model had the fighter-style canopy cockpit but HBS have gone back more inline with the TRO front facing cockpit.

Problem is I think it makes the model look funny

If you look at the people on the mech bay gantry, it makes you wonder how anyone is supposed to fit in that cockpit. Lying down with the face pressed to the viewport?

I mean, I'm certainly not averse to staying true to the original visuals, but the design was basically copied from Macross, where the mech itself was much, much larger than the Maauder we ended up getting in Battletech. As such, the cockpit needed to be increased in size to stay in line with all the other mechs in BT. I really hope HBS are going to reconsider on the part of the Marauder cockpit.
