One line summary of your issue
Launched Once. Now, always hangs after logos.
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I managed to launch the game once on my iMac (27", late-2012, 2.9 i5, 8GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M 512 MB) and got all the way to the settings screen (in which I tried to change it to windowed mode, and it crashed) and now the game hangs right after the Battletech skull logo.
I have tried numerous different solutions, including renaming the opening video file, changing profiles.dat, but nothing changes.
I have the most updated NVIDIA drivers.
And before you say, "Doesn't meet minimum specs!" I did get the game to run on my underpowered late-2012 13-inch Macbook Pro (2.5 i5, 8 GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB).
Runs every time! No crashes.
Also, I don't know which output log is the correct one to attach, if anyone can provide some guidance, that would be appreciated.
Steps to reproduce the issue
I did manage to get in a second time after I lowered the master screen resolution to 1280x720. I made it into settings and managed to lock the game up again when I couldn't hit "save" on because the screen was too large for the monitor. When I tried to make it windowed, it locked up. I can't get back in, no matter what master screen resolution I try.
