One line summary of your issue
Killed by extraction

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In a capture the base mission, the turrets had been destroyed, the last enemy mech was killed. As expected and has happened the last 10+ times I've completed similar missions, the mission ends and instant extraction is announced.

Only this time the Leopard dropship appears overhead and lands on 3 of my mechs, badly damaging the Thunderbolt and destroying 2 almost unscathed Shadowhawks and killing or injuring their pilots (one was my commander who cannot be killed).
They were not in any hex marked with the red dot and warning triangle of a landing site.

All the mechs were within 3 hexes of the last mech, northwest of the base when the mission ended - see attached bad landing 2.jpg - red circles show destroyed/damaged, green shows enemy death location, yellow shows unaffected

I found I had saved the game at the start of the mission, so I reloaded and reran it

The problem seems to be one of display - see the attached screenshot showing just one tile as a danger of landing zone, all the tiles above it that should also show danger infact show just the normal white dot

Screenshot of the mission ending showing the landing location. None of the tiles it landed on with the exception of the one in screenshot 3 showed the warning icon when I was moving over them.
