I managed to get this working. After I Verify my Saved files, I always get a dialog box that reads, "One file failed to load and will be reacquired". Then I run the Verification again and I get a different dialog box that reads that the files have been verified. If I launch at that point, the Unmodified Battletech starts up. So I have to run the ModInjector.exe every time to get the Hyades Rim Campaign to load. I don't stare at the computer while this process is going on, so it is not a major concern as I can continue to play, but is would be great to know what is going wrong in the startup process. How do I identify and fix the file that has to be reacquired every time?

If you're only having one file being reaquired and you're using ModTek then that file is the Assembly-CSharp.dll that is getting pulled. My guess is that is most likely a red herring, and the real issue is something to do with Hyades Rim, or some other mod (if any). ie you updated a mod you're running and there's a mismatch in what the save is looking for, and a file the mod has that isn't looked for until later in a career.

Thank you. I am running ModTech, Hyades Rim and Navigation Computer. The Loading Saved Games loop happened quite often before I loaded the Mods. Now it is stuck in this regular pattern. I have another answer to this question that suggested deleting some of my 800+ saved games. I will try that today.

oh yeah, deleting a bunch of save can definitely help too. good luck.

Do you have a dedicated graphics card? because the output log above says you're running the game off an Intel HD Graphics 620, which is unsupported. If you do have a dedicated card try setting battletech.exe to use it instead of the intel.
