One line summary of your issue
Indefinite loading screens

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Yesterday everything was ok. Today I get an indefinite loading circle for any action within in the game such as starting: skirmish, campaign, changing heraldry.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Launch game and try to play any mode or change heraldry.
