Grame crashes either immediately after logos or during initial load screen

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Just installed from Steam and game launched ok with a green bar at bottom of intro video. Started campaign and had loading symbol top left then game CTD. Tried relaunching and game CTD before into video after Unity logo.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Reboot and it gets me to the menu but CTD when starting new campaign

Can't see anything for Nikon or ViewNX in Task manager. I've removed all registry entries and totally deleted the install folders.

Ok looked at the error log file and now manually deleted C:\Program files\Common Files\Nikon and all subfolders and its now let me start the campaign.
