Game hangs at intro video
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The game hangs at very first vedio. The intor video right after the Hairbrain, paradox, unity and atlas head image causes the game to freeze on a black screen. If I move the mouse around I can see the hit escape to skip message on the top left but hitting escape does not work. I have updated my video drivers and confirmed I am running DirectX 12. I have verified the files via steam. Not sure what else to do. Any assistance is appreciated.
