Game hangs after first segment of Coronation Day mission

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After completing the first section of the tutorial and clicking on 'mission complete' after the dialogue, the game loads for a little while and then shows me a drop-ship orbiting a planet. It will do this forever. I can still access the menu by pressing esc but trying to quit the game from there will cause it to stop responding and then I have to use task manager to quit the process.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Happens every time at the end of the first tutorial segment of coronation day. I'm running the game in a windows partition on a 2018 macbook, radeon pro 555.

Thanks for the instructions, but it was a no go. Turns out, the "Automatically Manage Paging File Size for All Drives" box was already checked. For the heck of it, I unselected it and reselected it, hit Apply, OK, and restarted my computer. I loaded up my saved game, beat the "Coronation Day" mission again, and after talking with Darius, got sent into the endless loading screen, which looks like this:

Well, bummer...I'll have to see if I can progress further than the full Coronation Day mission tonight or if I get hung up in the same spot that you are...seems like a lot of people have glitches going on in various spots, and others have no issues at all...very frustrating!
