Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Multiple missions, both random ones and storyline ones just pause. For example I am just starting the Served Cold story mission and I move up, the enemy command moves and the screen zooms in on him and then nothing happens. Game is still running and is not hard locked just nothing happens.

This started happening AFTER the 1.6 patch, but before I bought and installed flashpoint and urban warfare.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Seems to happen randomly in the early stages of various missions.

Attach DxDiag (PC), System Info log (Mac), or run sudo lshw -html > specs.html and uploaded specs.html (Linux)

Attach Output Log
Windows: BATTLETECH\BattleTech_Data\output_log.txt
Mac OS: Users >{name} > Library > Logs > Unity > Player.log
Linux: ~/.config/unity3d/Harebrained Schemes/BATTLETECH/Player.log


If the game crashed, please attach the crash file with the time stamp closest to the crash.

had same thing recently.. first combat turn starts, i give order to jump for one of my mech, and nothing happens... it stays in place, UI is greyed out.. nobody is moving.. restarted the scenario, but same thing happened on AI move..

I have the same thing happen on various missions but not frequently. WITH ONE BIG Exception, nearly every Urban Warfare mission freezes up right after the mechs are deployed on the field. I don't even get a first turn. There was only 1 urban warfare mission that did work. The first mission of the flashpoint on Cluff's Stand. It failed a couple times then ran right through to the end I was so happy I thought one the tweaks had fixed it. NOPE still runs everything but the Urban Missions.

There is a glitch on my monitor just before it fails every time. I went step by step by step... many, trying to troubleshoot it with the support staff. Crazy thing is this is the only game (and mostly on Urban Missions) that my video card pukes on. I am convinced that something in the Urban Missions is differently coded from the previous missions and that is all that is seriously wrong.

Of course the company wants to point the finger at my hardware or anywhere but at the developers and map makers.

Let me back peddle a bit. Not to slam those guys! The maps are wonderful looking, and the stories are engaging and interesting. They have made an amazing game and I love what they have done porting over a favourite old tabletop game. Keep up the good work guys. But could ya hurry with the next patch to fix those Urban Missions for older video cards.

I have an AMD Radeon HD 6670 (1GB VRAM), System has 32GB RAM, i7-4core, windows 10, Directx 12 <-- this is not a shitty system.

Before you say go buy a new one, let me be clear. I cannot afford to buy a new video card every time poor programming demands more resources to cover up bad coding. Please find the bug.

Well, except that the video card is well below the GPU power of the minimum requirement for this game, the HD 5870:

I'm afraid I see no cause for your problem in those files. Nothing awry in that output log for instance.

When this happened can you get past that point by reloading the save? Or it always happens at the same point in the mission?

Reloading the save always seemed to bypass the issue. That being said, since I have posted this I started my first career mode and I am 550ish days in and the issue has not occurred once.
