Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I uninstalled and followed the pinned video with deleting other folders

Steps to reproduce the issue
I can't even load the game. I click play and it crashes as it starts to load

This crash happens because you are playing on unsupported hardware, an Intel video system. The game has never been supported on any Intel video hardware but up to 1.0.4 ran on the 4000 and 5000 series anyway, apparently.

1.1.x is more strict on conforming to the game's minimum requirements.

Unless you can play on some other computer with supported video hardware, all you can do at present is to revert to the 1.0.4 patch:

If you have just bought the game though, you should seek a refund from wherever you purchased it.

It worked till I tried to install Roguetech. I play it at home on desktop with no problems, just laptop stop working after trying roguetech

That is expected as laptops usually use Intel video systems, whereas desktops have proper discrete GPU cards.

Most likely this happened due to the 1.2 patch rather than Roguetech, whatever that is.

I ve made all explain in the post (nvidia drivers, change version of the game, nothing happens !!! only crash to windows (I have Windows 7)

Unload the Nikon utility ViewNX2. If that does not help you may need to use the free revo Uninstaller utility to remove it.
