Game Crashes on Startup

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If I reboot the computer and start fresh the game loads and works fine, when I exit and attempt to restart the game, it crashes .

Steps to reproduce the issue
Reboots seem to allow me to run the application once, and then it crashes and won't let me start it again.

This seems to be a problem with Unity games and the latest nVidia driver, we're seeing this in Cities:Skylines too. Try going back to the March driver.
