Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have been trying to solve this issue for months, but no matter what I do, when I hit the start button, my computer thinks for a moment, and produces a crash report.

Please help!

igdusc64.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
in module igdusc64.dll at 0033:ec7496b2.

The crash is in your Intel video driver. This is because the game has never been supported on any Intel video hardware. If you have a later intel video system, 4000 or later, the game will run (if slowly) if you revert to game patch 1.04:

If you have any older Intel video system the game will never run on this computer, I'm afraid. Please seek a refund from whether you bought the game.
