Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I just got the game, the intro cinematic looks fine but when I start customizing how my character looks his face is just a really darkened silouette, with purple behind it. When i finish and try to go into ANY combat, the first mission, skirmishes, the entire game screen is a light purple, like the Missing Texture color but without the black checkers. I verified the integrity of all the files, please help.

Go into the first mission, try to customize the character silouette, go into a skirmish

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

I'm afraid this NVIDIA Quadro FX 1800 video system is roughly 1/5th of the power of the game's minimum requirement for video cards, the Nvidia® GeForce™ GTX 560 Ti.

In fact it is an office workstation video system not meant for gaming. You can see the huge numbers of video DirectX errors at the start of that log file, those are all unsupported DirectX functions the game needs to display properly.

The game will never be able to run on this hardware, I'm sorry!

If you don't have access to a computer with supported hardware, please seek a refund from wherever you bought the game.

If you are determined to play games on this server/workstation machine, yes. Basically the most powerful nVidia or AMD you can afford, IMO.
