One line summary of your issue
ECM stops working.

What platform are you running the game on?

Steam

What operating system do you use?
Windows 10
Which version of the game are you running?
1.6.1-542R
What DLC do you have installed?
Flashpoint,
Urban Warfare

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The enemy is able to target my mechs even though they are in the ECM bubble, have stealth charges and have not been sessor locked. Once this occurs it continues for the rest of the mission.
Have you tried verifying your files?
No

Steps to reproduce the issue
I was able to reproduce it by having an enemy mech penetrate the bubble then having one of my mechs leave the bubble. Once the enemy mech is destroyed and my mech re-enters the bubble all my mechs are now visible and targetable even with stealth charges.

It should be noted that after my mech leaves the bubble the stealth obscuring effect that a mech has when they have a stealth charge in the bubble was still around the mech after it left the bubble.

The first save file is from before the issue occured. If you follow the steps above you should be able to re-create the issue. The second is from just after it started.

I have also included two video clips showing exactly what is happening. The first shows the ECM effect working properly, then the steps above occur and the issue occurs. The second shows the issue after it started.
