DFA Self damage leg mods over-reduction results in leg armor repair

Took a Panther, put 2x -30 DFA Self damage. Results in 90(-30) DFA damage in UI. Results in a 15 point repair to each leg when doing a DFA.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Reduce DFA self damage below 0 with leg mods then use DFA in combat.
