One line summary of your issue
Crashes at Cut Scenes & after First Tutorial Mission

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I try to start the Campaign, the game crashes right at the very beginning the opening cut scene. I hear the music start and the woman speaking, but then it crashes every time. If I start the Campaign and push the Escape key to skip the cut scene, it will load and allow me to play the first tutorial mission. But after I complete that first tutorial mission, the game crashes again almost immediately as it's loading into the next.

Game loads up without any problems. I can watch the opening movie. Skirmish missions seem to load and play without any problems also.

This first three files is the error of when the game crashes without trying to skip the Campaign's opening cut scene. The second three files is the error of when I skip the Campaign's opening cut scene, and then complete the first tutorial mission and it crashes as it loads into the next.

Please notify me if there is anymore information you may need and/or for my system specs.

-Thank You for your time, Much Appreciated

Steps to reproduce the issue
-Start the Campaign and do not skip the opening cut scene. Screen goes black as the scene starts, I hear the woman begin to speak, then game crashes every time.

-Start the Campaign, use Esc to skip the opening cut scene. Complete and finish first tutorial mission, click to finish mission and load into the next. As it begins to load, the game will crash every time.

I have exactly the same issue. My game crashes at the start of the next mission after the tutorial.

Actually this may not be the exact same issue. This issue usually presents itself prior to starting the campaign mode, in the initial cut scene. If you saw that scene and played the tutorial mission, it's not exactly the same issue. Unless you skipped the initial cut scene by quickly pressing esc. when it loads.... and managed to skip the second cut scene after you picked your background.

If you post your output_log.txt log I can check if it's the same or not.

There are two possible places that setting can be located and changed, ffdshow Video Configuration and/or ffdshow x64 Video Configuration. I found those locations using the search bar in the Start Menu, and I had to change the setting in ffdshow x64 Video Configuration. Now it no longer crashes at the cut scenes.
Neon Elf's method to find that software location works as well.
