Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Used to play the game at release, way back then used my Paradox account. Stopped playing for a while and decided to continue playing now, but after starting the game was greeted with a popup requiring me to login with my Paradox account. After logging in was directed to callsign creation and lance customization screen without any means to leave the screen except filling the callsign and adjusting the lance logo and color scheme. Used the callsign that I used originally when started playing the game but was told that this callsign was already taken (obviously cause I already created exactly the same one several month prior to this occurance). Effectively can't login with my own account and keep my callsign.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Restarted the game attempted to log in once more, same callsign creation and lance customization screen

It sounds like you have used a different Paradox account this time, or at least a different email address. What callsign did you have before that you can't use now? We can look that up to see what Paradox account it is connected to.

You might be better off doing this in private with us at paradox.zendesk.com so we can discuss email addresses etc.

Actually you are right, I used a different email adress this time. Logged in with my other email and everything went well, thx for the help.
