Bug when purchasing an item from within the "Refit" UI

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The "Refit" Mech interface has a "Check Store" button at the bottom of the available Weapons and Equipment.

If one uses it to buy an item and then cancels the Refitting, it will result in the purchased item(s) being missing from the list.

This is strictly a UI-update bug as the item(s) will in fact remain in the inventory.
Completely exiting and re-entering the "Refit" interface will result in the item(s) in question reappearing.

Steps to reproduce the issue
- Enter the "Refit" Mech interface
- Make any change to the mech
- Press the "Check Store" button and buy an item.
- After confirming that it is in the list of available items, press the "Revert Changes" button.

RESULT: The purchased item will be missing from the list of available items
After completely exiting and re-entering the "Refit" interface, the item in question will reappear as normal.

Same thing happened to me

I just rn into this one, except,, when I went to the store to see if the ammo I'd bought 8 of was in the inventory it appeared to be missing, and the cash I'd spent was gone. Fortunately I had a save so could revert back.
