Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
when i want to start the game and i get after the logos i am met with a with a black screen with an fps counter in the corner. current things i have tried to fix it.

i have tried redownloading it verifyed game files, restarted steam, deleating and then once again downloading my graphics driver. chaning my screen resolution and just trying to load it in over and over again. keep in mind i had been playing for abour 17 hours before this issue occured.

Steps to reproduce the issue
I played the panzyr story mission alot and then i took a break came back and was met with this.

I have been getting the same thing ever since the 1.0.2 patch this morning.

If you have the April nVidia driver, revert to teh March one:

Please attach here the game log (depending on which game version you have):

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

- Renamed the folder C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Harebrained Schemes\Battletech.

This appears to have worked for me
