Black Sceen at Start

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I start the game and get a black screen. No FPS counter. I can see the cursor if I move it around. Sound starts playing after a bit. Gave it a few minutes and doesn't start up. Tried all the tricks posted to the forums in the first few days to get it to work. No luck.

Start game with computer that meets requirements.

IndexOutOfRangeException: Array index is out of range.
at UnityEngine.Display.RecreateDisplayList (System.IntPtr[] nativeDisplay) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0

go into AMD Radeon settings and under 'display' change scaling mode from 'preserve aspect ratio' to 'full panel'
