Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I entered the code I was given for the Valhalla items and Atlas skin and such. The game crashed before I think it went through. I tried entering it again, but it now says invalid code. (Never saw the response the first time). I went to my Shadowhawk in my save and it still only has umbra and the default skins. Nothing Valhalla or new. And the commander quarters seems the same.

Is there a way to see if it went through? If it didn't work, how do I get the backer code to work?

I was having issue pasting the Valhalla code because there was a line break invisible character in my backkit selection box. Try highlighting everything but the last character on the backer kit page, copy that. Then after pasting it into the redeem window in game, add the single last character you didn't select.

Well, i figured that it is a server connection issue and tryed vpn for redeeming code. Guess what - it's worked for me.

I tried copying all but the first and last characters and then manually put both those in. That didn't work.

I have also tried to activate it over two different networks. That also didn't work
