One line summary of your issue
Armour tonnage 'changing' weight when moved between F/R

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
On many mechs, shifting armour around eventually causes one chunk of armour to go from wieghing .10 to .18 or something else really weird.

What's weirder is even taking one chunk of armour from the back of a mech then trying to apply it immediately to the front on the same component causest his, frequently nudging me .03 tons over the limit. What's weirder is then trying to put teh armour back STILL puts me over the limit even though it didn't before.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Has a high chance of occuring when moving armour around a mech, especially back to front or front to back

UPDATE: This seems to happen mostly when trying to move large amounts of armour back and forth. Moving one '5' of armour at a time does not incur this bug. But rapidly moving many chunks of armour does cause it to grow heavier.
