Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
when assigning XPs unable to select "Ace Pilot" from Pilot tree. this affects every pilot. It does not appear to be an issue with other Attributes (only tested on lvl 8 Guts skill so far).

Secondary (minor) issue. Barracks screen does not reflect actual health/injury bars of any mechwarrior and always shows 3. However in battle, they health pips display normally.

Steps to reproduce the issue
earn enough xp to purchase lvl 8 ability in Piloting tree, but cannot select Ace Pilot.
NOTE: selecting then deselecting other abilities allows the Ace Pilot skill to highlight, but when when confirmed, Ace Pilot is not awarded, and instead assigns the deselected skill.
