Account offline

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
No matter how many times I have tried to log into my account(in game) it gives comstar error. I have verified and then even changed my pw on paradox to make sure I was using correct one and been trying for two days now at various times and keep getting "comstar Error"

Steps to reproduce the issue
Simply trying to get account "online" instead of offline.

I have the same issue It's really annoying. I know I'm using the correct password.

I had the Off Line bug and Unable to log in . This is what worked for me. I made a New paradox account. Then my old one worked again , and I logged in with the old account.. I don't know why but it did , and the game was no longer Off Line.

Glad I am not the only one then. Worked fine until the last couple of patches. Now i cant play pvp skirmish, Sad really

I'm having this issue too. I've logged in successfully at https://accounts.paradoxplaza.com and it says my account is verified.

yea I was thinking along the same lines and went and made a new password there just to be sure and still cant get online.

Well, I have the same issue. I can't log in or create new account in Battletech client. It's working just fine until today.

REBELDAD : Did you make a completely NEW account with them? I did that and exited the site came back to the site Logged in with New account [ exited] then was able to log in with Old Account. This is what worked for me.

This is what got me back into 'On Line Mode'.

Well made another account. Well cant link my battletech code to the account since that code has already been used. So still offline and no go.

I ment make a new Paradox Web Site Account , not a new game account. I didn't have to enter any codes when I made the extra Paradox account. Or link a game to the account. I am not sure where you made an account that required a code.

If your running through STEAM they say Off Line Mode is the games issue not theirs.

I did make a new paradox account. But when I went to link my bt game code to the paradox account it was a no go.
