Abilities not triggering correctly/ initative penalties not carring over.
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So online skirmishes have become even more unpredictable as there are a couple of abilities mechanics that don't function as they should or only sometimes.
The first is Initative penalty carring over. there are 2 ways to get an ini penalty in this game. 1 get melee hit by sumo. 2 get a knockdown. If you aply a initative penalty to mech that has alredy used its turn the penalty carries over to the next round. Now I have seen that those penalties not getting carried over by both means. sumo hit not carrying over and knockdown not carrying over. I can only imagin it's a bug.
The second mechanic is Bulwark with melee attacks. If you stand still and melee attack you can get bulwark, but it happens so randomly that I'm not even sure if it's a bug a broken mechanic or if there are rules when it applies or not. I have seen it applie with moving in place before attacking, or without rotating. And I have seen not getting bulwark doing the exact same thing.
Either Problem makes serious mp allmost impossible because they are core mechanics that have huge influence on the turns. When they don't trigger when they should games just fall apart.
3 Side note why does Sumo initiative debuff only applie to one of the two dfa attacks? Makes no sense to me and only makes the attack more random.
