Why are we moving it? Why not just toss a card and get a card that we can then use when we send slinky out the airlock again? Because otherwise, we got to waste a skill test to move it back to me, and I don't really have much else I can do then Draw Quamtam Cards and use them. Or when we land at the next location.

I think that the new President retains all the quorum cards of the old one, so there's really no harm done in moving the title. Besides, we know Mr. Zarek is not a Cylon. Much as I'd like to do it, we cannot airlock Boomer anymore, she's at the Cylon fleet already. But more importantly, I don't want to waste skill cards for no good reason. I understand you don't want to lose the title, but I think this is the better choice.

Save for the fact that my charter is not that good for much else, and that means on my turn the only thing I can do is move to the administration office and start a skill test to get it back.

Are you sure that we can't not airlock slinky again? I can't find anywhere in the rules that says we can't.

Also, you not wasting a card when you can use it in part 2 that is coming up. The Rule book says to use the Resistance HQ you need those types of cards, and we can't draw them normally.

I will also add that we are going to be wasting more skill cards, but I might as well preload my turn.

I just looked at Exections again, I don't see anything that says it has to be a human to do it, all it says is pick a player. Unless the board says something differerent, I don't see why we can't just send Slinky out the airlock again. The one on the next location says that it has to be someone on the world, but seeing how they would be, we could kill them, but you need Treatry for that, so I think drawing one would be a good move.

Cylons cannot targeted by cards or locations unless they're infiltrating the fleet. Which neither of them is doing right now.
(I'd have to look up the exact wording in the rules, but you can trust me on this one.)

This is a team game, EL. Nothing prevents you from discarding a small card and moving back to Galactica to activate useful locations. Like, for instance, the FLT drive to get the Fleet the frag out of here ;-)
(edit: Or perhaps, XO the admiral to shoot the raiders before they activate .. or .. well, there are a lot of options that were also available to Jacob when he wasn't President.)

Anyway - turn update will come soon, but not right now. I'll roll Jopi's die and send him his cards and his crisis. Turn update will have to wait.

What kind of fraking post crisis is that again?

There are a lot of crisis cards with no jump prep out there, Kriszo. I've seen a game where the humans perished because they drew 12 of them in a row, with the jump prep track stuck at step 3. Getting jump prep is pretty darn important.

As an aside, the "Launch Raiders" icon does nothing since there are no basestars to launch them.
