There's nothing seriously wrong with the current deck design screen, however I do think there are some improvements that could be very useful additions.

First, when viewing the battlegroup overview screen which shows all the categories within the deck, it would be very helpful if the screen would display the points costs by phase. This would be especially useful if it displayed the total number of points which that deck is going to receive in that phase, as a fraction. For example, the US 3rd Armored receives 65pts every minute, meaning that during the 10 minute Phase A you will receive 650 points in income. Plus the starting 500 points, that is a total of 1150 points to spend in A. This is a fixed number, although it does depend on the number of starting points and income rate of the game rules. Still, knowing the total cost of all your units by each phase is a very useful piece of information. Therefore I think it would be helpful for the deck design UI to automatically total the cost of your units in each phase. For example, the overview automatically adds up the points costs of your Phase A units and shows 1500pts total, meaning under normal rules you are going to be deploying about 350pts of A cards in later phases.

This would also be useful for each category of units, such as knowing how many points in total you are spending in your Tank category, as opposed to your Infantry category, as well as the total number of points in the entire deck. Ideally this would look like a points total in the row for each category, and beneath that total a breakdown of that category by phase. And then, either at the top or the bottom, the total number of points in the entire deck and the entire deck's breakdown by phase. If this clutters up the battlegroup overview screen, perhaps this could be done in a "summary" screen showing the numbers of units of each type, and points cost totals for each category and for each phase.

And, for units coming with a transport, it would clarify the transport to indicate the cost of the unit as a sum of the unit's cost and the transport's cost as in Wargame. For example, a 20pt unit in a 20pt transport might be represented in the armory (perhaps not in the overview) as "20 + 20" rather than writing "40." This is particularly useful for units with multiple transport types, indicating how many points are the underlying unit, and how many in the transport.
