Yes sultan is also drunk today. Tomorrow though situation might be better and everyone is invited to Irish whiskey acquired directly from Ireland. Sultan especially approves of Venetian drunk embassy and invites them to Topkapi to continue celebrating.

thats because i took over new pskov(l1colony) aslong as i hold that colony i can move anywhere in europe that borders a river and i can see all provs that border a river . its some weird bug either with tonio his prov file or the watk link

from old time i have two saved watk versions:

I`m not sure that Watkmp is 3.11 and not 3.1. The official WATK thread has dead links
Also there were some file with province fix, but i suppose we fixed after that, as it still had problem with Russian ports, so we removed ports from there. Here it is - http://europa2.ru/EUROPA/Province - rl corrected.csv

But there was other issue with WATK scens, like multi-culture in Europe. Italian culture was splitted to north-italian, south-italian and probably to central italian. German and French cultures were splitted to many many sub-cultures.
Watk311.exe has 388kb provinces.csv, it has many sub-cultures.
Watkmp.rar has 423kb provinces.csv, and i believe there are standard cultures.
The version John founded (it has a bit different size) is 388kb replaced to file which is probably claimed as fix (but can be bugged).
Our last Russian campaign is with 388 kb file as well.

WATK history:
28-12-2005: WATK3 released
02-03-2006: WATK3.1 released
09-06-2006: MWATK map released (as raw beta)
03-12-2006: WATK3.11 released (final version of watk3)

(i don't know what is difference between 3.1 and 3.11, but i heard it was about those province bug with north russian ports, but maybe not only that)

it is started at 19-04-2006, but last time updated 27-02-2007. It contains link to watkmp.rar (not working anymore, but that is what i saved)

So it is still not much hope that FAL watkmp is about 3.11 and not 3.1.

FAL's watkmp (should be 3.1) has text.csv and provinces.csv (423kb), made for classic cultures
watk311.exe has more files (province.csv 388 kb), and made for many sub-cultures

As requested, the latest modifications to standard WATK, hereby released as WATK 3.11. It contains essentially my customized version of WATK 3.1. The following is changed from 3.1:

-New export of the Siberian region should fix the problems previously patched in WATK3.1fix (it is a later export than the one in 3.1fix!)
-All rivers in Europe are now merged under one id (Euroriver) which was done to enable addition of provinces by modders
-Made the package compatible with KaRei's ModLauncher, and packed for moddir use
-Modified cultures - various new cultures added, especially in Europe
-Removed all map-artifacts (like trees, mountains etc.) from the map
-Fixed a varia of bugs in province.csv
-Made some adjustments/fixes in scenariofiles, mostly for known provinces (courtesy of Classique)
-Fixed some problems in events, and added some modified randomevents (from AGCEEP)
-There should be no longer any FREE revolter-nations
-Other changes I don't remember atm

Note that I have NOT tested this version as such at all - these are my files but I only added the modded files. It is possible that I forgot to include something crucial though - if that's the case I'll fix it asap.

Btw, For the moment I'll keep supporting both 3.1 and 3.11.

I also updated my conversionfiles for Eu2Vic - fixed a serious bug and added the cultural conversion. The latest is made for the modified cultures setup that I included in watk 3.11 so don't use it on 3.1 or earlier.

Finally, I cleaned up and updated the first post in the thread with all relevant links. I also added links to watk-related mods that I'm aware of. If there are any mistakes/problems/shortcomings mention it and I'll fix it.

i think last years many games passed on watk 3.1 and not 3.11
so our mistake was to use provinces.csv from 3.1 for 3.11, while in 3.11 all EU rivers are one ID
i see now that maps files in 3.11 were changed as well comparing 3.1, so if we want classic cultures in Europe, we should to follow 3.1 or edit heavily provinces.csv manually for proper cultures.

I wouldn't be oppossed to restarting the campaign with the proper scenario, though given that none of the province and culture issues affect England, I don't really mind doing it either way.

I'm against restarting the campaign. Can't these problems be fixed by edit somehow?

rules:
* You must accept a proposal of TA/MA from your overlord.
* You are not allowed to start any wars without permission of your overlord.
* You cannot give MA to any power without your Overlord's consent.

i suggest to add that your overlord may order to cancel TA and revoke MA for other nations

* Change the religion of a protestant or Counter-Reformed-Catholic
nation back to Catholicism before the Edict of Tolerance.

I suggest to add that if you were force-converted, you can't convert the religion for 20 years, and other players can't issue on you such demand in war

14. No trading maps, period. Asking for MA and using it to explore the others territory is ok, as is sacking the capital for maps.

Fake wars for sacking capitals allowed ?

1) If you attack an AI vassal of another human, you must absorb whatever stabhits are necessary for the overlord to enter the war against you. If you have an RM, you must break the RM. If they have MA, you must cancel their MA so they can DOW. If it costs a stab for them to DOW, you must DOW them. If they can simply DOW you without any cost to stab, then you need not do anything.

More simple rule - to dow human vassal, first you should be in war with his overlord.
