Still havnt figured out what to do with Juv, he needs to compromise things in order to get into the roster me thinks
I'm not sure I agree that "compromise" is what I have to do in order to play in this campaign. I'd rather will have to swallow that the GM picks any nation he wants and that all players except me and one other (?) did not get to play his chosen pick.

Well, I'm used to this and I too have never played England and Poland before, and probably never will since they are quite popular.
Playing a nation that for a long time is totally dependent on the good will of it's neighbours and other majors is no fun for me as I like to shape my own future in the campaigns although that might not always be such a winning or easy policy to follow. Trade, navies and colonies are fun. That's my motivation for not wanting to play Brandenburg, that never appeared and never will appear on my chosen set of three of first-come-first-serve-most-of-the-time policy of games.
I think using a bid system is as easy and time consuming, and admittedly more fair, as distributing manually. I can play Brandenburg and I won't mention this once the campaign starts for sure but is there any other player that want's to trade nation please feel free to contact me and Fredrik for discussion.
Another thing. I think human mughals are a bad idea wince they will easily close the Siberian corridor and become too powerful in their AI dominated region. Persia, if not chosing to become an eternal vassal of the OE, is a better choice but I'm not sure.
