Battle Sounds Please advise

I just bought the anthology of HOI and in HOI 2 the sounds that were present in HOI 1 are missing from 2. The aircraft sounds are there but any machine gun fire and tank fire or naval fire are not present. I d/l the mods from core and stony but they do not add the missing gun fire.

Any ideas? did they include them or are they left out for a reason?
