I've seen many mods changing the regular scenarios, like mod34, MDS 2, CORE, etc... But, there are any Battle Scenario to download? I think they're perfect when I don't want to care about things like IC, Diplomacy... If there any place to download new ones, please send me the thread, the website... I can't live only playing the North African and Italian scenarios.

Nope, none as far as I know. The thing is that about 99.999999% of all players vastly enjoy things like IC and diplomacy, so playing without them is not that appealing to most... 
Paradox never released new Battle scenarios due to the little interest shown by the players. However, there are some modders who did battle scenarios - for instance the Corea war, you can find it in the mod section. Arsenal of Democracy which will be released soon contains 4 new battle scenarios.
I find it pretty stupid that no one ever showed interest into battlescenarios. They are really good tutorials and force the player to make due with the units he have and not always rely on sheere brute force.
The thing is though, most players, myself included, like relying on sheer brute force.
