This is a request, either for HoI II or Doomsday - would probably fit the theme of the latter a bit better, but it's within the timeframe of HoI II, so it would work equally well with that
Basically, you have France, the British Isles, Germany, central/eastern Europe - up to about Moscow.
You can be the Soviet Union, the United States, the United Kingdom or France - the latter being allied against the former. I think it'd make a great scenario - start date, July 1st 1945.
You could use the Doomsday scenario as a template, but it's based before then, and would be a lot better
