Welcome to my second Hearts of Iron AAR. In my last AAR, I played as Germany and I was at war with every other country at the same time from September 1st 1939. This gave me the idea for this particular story.
It has the same premise, as once again I will be at war with everyone at the same time. There is one important difference though and that is that every country in the world will be at war with everyone at the same time too. A real ‘Battle Royal’.

I will be playing vanilla TFH 4.02 and my style will be like my previous AAR, minus the character (as this is more of an experiment game).

The Battle Royal will commence right from the start, January 1st 1936. I have modded in a decision that each country will choose in the first days of the game and, to ensure some fairness, I have reduced the bonus the majors get with some decisions, such as the Germans ‘Blitzkrieg’ decision.

I'm not sure this would be a Poland world conquest if I choose them. Then again, you never know.

Is that one vote for each? You mention Italy first, so I'll assume that's your first choice. One I am very tempted to try myself, as I think Italy has the best defensible borders at the start.

Welcome aboard. I think as France, I would have to move quickly to take some countries before Germany. It could be an interesting game, as I have never played as France before.

Interested to see who you will end up playing and a question though; is world domination your goal no matter what country you will end up playing? Or do you have different goals in mind? If the latter is the case, perhaps mentioning each goal for every country. Or am I annoying you now?

It's not annoying at all. The goal will be to take the whole world, learning from my mistakes in the previous AAR. Although for some countries the challenge is harder than others, so just survival is the aim. So who are you voting for?
