Does the A.I. use the battle plans system to plan its attack?

Wiz! Are you working on the HOI4 AI and EU4? Or are you just doing a Darkrenown style popin?

I have done a bunch of coding on the HOI4 AI, I'm no longer working directly on it but I have a design and oversight role in the AI of all our games so I'm still very much involved.
