Hi! I have recently been having trouble with I suppose a graphical bug / glitch in HOI4. Battle plan arrows are flickering then disappear. It does not seem to be the case for naval invasion arrows. I have no mods installed. Battle plans are still functional though. I could still see the "XX Divisions etc." text that is supposed to be on a battle plan arrow. The frontlines, offensive lines, and fall back lines also flicker.
I am running on a decent computer with the recommended system settings or above. I have seen a post similar to this issue but no effective solutions were offered.
It is a pretty minor glitch since everything is running well. It's just annoying sometimes that I cannot see my battle plan arrows or I would just see them flicker a few times.

The plan still shows how it will go and the text of how many divisions in that plan are assigned is there sans the arrow.
Some green specs on the place where the arrow should be.
Naval invasion battle plan arrow has no issue. Only the land-based ones.
