(apologies if this ends up in the wrong froum, I find the current structure to be a bit confusing)

So I've been playing the new content for a few hours, and I'm seeing some problems here:

1. Currently playing as (democratic) Greece. Just started the decision to befriend the fascists. Yet the option to eliminate them is still available. That should probably not be possible.

2. I have tried the Investment Plans option with Greece multiple times (sometimes with friendly nations, sometimes with direct allies). It hasn't worked once. So maybe the game could do a better job explaining how this works and what the decision is based on?
Same goes for Bulgarias rearmament restrictions. It's important for players to understand how (if at all) they can influence an AI decision.

3. Bulgaria seems to have forgotten a lot of things since WWI. They did have a dedicated mountain division, but now they have neither the tech nor the template. Also they had a navy, but no WWI-era neval tech. Especially the latter turned out to be a significant hindrance.

4. Bulgaria really got shafted in the naval department. Greece and Turkey each get multiple naval tech teams to choose from, while Bulgaria only gets one (coincidentally the one I dislike the most). At the very least they should get a mediterranian fleet team.

5. Same goes for the ressource department. Small fix: just give them a decision to mine for iron multiple times, same way they cane mine for chromium multiple times.
