BATTELTECH - Cannot log in into paradox account in the game

Cannot log in into paradox account in the game

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I try to log in into paradox account within the game, but the error appears.

Steps to reproduce the issue
I log into account, but fail to save the callsign and mechcolors because cannot access the server. When I tried to exit the setup, the error message appears "callsign is needed" (something like that)
When I alt+F4 game, the access to log in into account in the game fails everytime.

I was signed in, but it said I was in offline mode. I logged out and now cannot login anymore :-(

No matter what callsign I pick it says "error: user already have a profile for battletech" and I cannot back out or leave the menu at all. What do I do?

Me too. It said I already have a callsign and now wont let me connect at all.

I hate to add to the chorus but I too am suffering the same issue. It manifested as an error while saving the customization profile and now disallows me to sign in indicating the same "unspecified error" as seen in the previously shared screen shot.

Same issue with not connecting to server through game, regardless of steam account setup being recognized by paradox server to begin with.

OK, guys, F4, restart the game. Login still does not work but if u start the campain it works. At least it Looks like

It seems u dont need the Login to start the game.

Ok, who's opened a ticket already? That way we can all cite the ticket number as being the same issue to help Harebrained group these up so we can hopefully see a fix. I'm sure many of us are pre-orders and backers and have no desire to get out the pitchforks so instead lets do our part in helping find a solution.
