Basterds Wound unable to progress further

Quest: Tide Together always fails on entering the basterds wound.
From then on both, Wagstaff and Jaspos stop talking to me. (Well ... quest: knapping on the job understandably lead to Jaspos not talking to me anymore)

And from that i read online at least one of them should give me a quest that lets me continue the story of 'Basterds Wound'


Please help me with that issue i tried everything i could come up with ... even 1-2 hour old save files.

update

... well ok ... now i talked to every npc in the Wound and there was actually someone who gave me the next story quest.

BUT nonetheless the quest Tide Together fails on entering the Basterds Wound for no reason ... regardless on how i chose to solve it. Killing / not killing / betraying ( have no chance to talk to Wagstaff because he is pissed for failing the quest.
