Currently, I'm lacking only 1 of the chronicles, I know it's in Fractured Dept (as that's the only place I haven't got one) But for the life of me, I can't find it!

Also, I'd appreciate if someone could say where you get the Ancient Oldwalls Parchment from, I'm supposed to go back to where I find it with certain someone, but I can't remember where I got it...

Same here. Checked the wiki, it says "The chronicle of Fractured Depth is on a platform at south side of the area, next to the portal to The Abyss" (link). Still couldn't find it.

The chronicle in the fractured depths is in the underwater part. To get to it, you need to go past where the second torchkey is and activate the bridge to the other half of the underwater area. There's a few bane there, but after they're disposed of, it should be in the top corner of that particular platform, near the steps.

The glinting it gave off really blended well with the waterfall behind it, so I literally only saw it after the scroll popped up

Anyone knows how to open this room in the Abyss, I can't figure it out

It's an unholy necro, but you open this door during History of Oldwalls Part II; if you're not on the quest, you most likely can't open it.
