Bastards Wound bug: Can't finish "History of the Oldwalls" and "Water Intoxication" quest

As title says, I can't complete "History of the Oldwalls" cause a.) the quest never triggered for me and b.) the final room wont open.

I can't complete "Water Intoxication" quest because no one at the farm has any quest dialogue.

Please help cause this is driving me insane.

Some more information regarding the bugs I'm having:

[BUG] History of the Oldwalls: Part II

• I finished the quest Fatebinder's Judgment and opted to give control of Bastards Wound to Reef-Talon
• I finished the first part of the quest History of the Oldwalls but the second part never triggered for me, Lexeme is still idling by the entrance to the area where the "boss fight" took place but no new dialogue options appear when talking to her.

[BUG] Water Intoxication

• I spoke to Tycho and got the quest after I finished "Fatebinder's Judgement".
• The quest shows up in my log and tells me to talk to people working around the farm.
• When talking to Oceans Fury no new dialogue options appear.

Please help me with this, I really, really, want to complete these quests and be done with Bastards Wound so I can continue my journey through this fantastic world you've created.
