8509 - "An unwed courtier claims that you are the father of her child!" does not check to see if the ruler is infertile through traits, nor does it have a modifier for low fertility.

It's extremely annoying to see my ruler, a legitimated bastard with a fertility of 1.000, not able to produce a legitimate heir even when married to women with fertility 14+, popping out bastards by the score from the unwed courtiers.

Additionally, the "nearly irrestible wench desires the pleasure of your company" events, while having modifiers for depression and illness, do not have a direct requirement to not be depressed. Since depression is a 100% kill for legitimate heirs, a lack of it should be a requirement for bastard creation. Also, these events needs to check for plague traits, which are not currently checked.

Just because your infertile, doesn't stop other people from claiming you're not.

depression and lepracy, despite thier text do not 100% kill heirs. it gives them a -10 fertility.

First, I think we ought to honor the text rather than the effect (and fix the effect). Second -10 to fertility is a 100% kill for 65-90% of the characters in my recent autosave (the rapid Darwinian evolution means the later a save, the less - in 1292 90% were 10 or less while in 1425 65% were 10 or less), which is more than enough to account for.

Easier way than making certain traits trigger exclusions, it would be possible to make trigger requirement of fertility over 0 on all bastard events where the character is siring the children.

Adding to "list of tweaks after 1.5".
